AR e-books combine traditional e-book content with augmented reality features. Using your device's camera, you can see 3D models, animations, and interactive elements that appear to exist in your physical space, enhancing the reading experience.
What devices are compatible with ARBOOKX?
ARBOOKX is compatible with most modern smartphones and tablets running iOS 12+ or Android 8.0+. For the best experience, we recommend devices with ARKit or ARCore support. Some advanced AR features may require newer devices with LiDAR sensors.
How do I download my purchased AR e-books?
After purchasing, you can download your AR e-books directly from your ARBOOKX account library. Simply log in, go to "My Library," and tap the download button next to your book. You'll need the ARBOOKX reader app installed on your device to access the AR features.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your AR e-book, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't accessed more than 20% of the content. Please contact our support team to process your refund.
